Age specific training for 3-7 Year Olds
With activities and exercises specially designed for the early elementary child, Lil’Dragons learn to be responsible, respectful individuals as they prepare for the future; be it long-term life preparation or the skills necessary for a successful first year of school.
Our warm and nurturing instructors bring energy, enthusiasm and a love of teaching to the class. They have been specically trained for this unique curriculum and provide a motivating and energizing environment. Lil’ Dragons is about fitness, safety, character development and FUN!
Physical Growth
Martial arts exercises help to develop a strong, healthy body & work toward combating childhood obesity. Young children are at a unique developmental stage and our exercises specically address this.
